I thrive on creating systems and maintaining order because it brings a sense of focus, clarity, and heightened productivity to everything I do. When processes are organized and predictable, I can channel my energy into meaningful work without distractions, stay on top of priorities, and tackle tasks with confidence. This structure doesn’t just eliminate chaos—it empowers me to make smarter decisions, work more efficiently, and ultimately achieve more in both my personal and professional life.

More Than 14 Years of Honest and Hard Work

In 2009, I started my digital career as a part-time keyword researcher for an SEO expert on a website called oDesk, which is now known as Upwork. I was earning $3.00 an hour and working 20 hours a week while finishing my college thesis. This was my first step into the world of online jobs, leading to an exciting career path in the virtual job market.

Over the years, I've held many different roles and worked closely with CEOs from various industries and company sizes. From 2014 to 2019, I call this my 'generalist era' because I did a bit of everything - from hiring and operations to marketing and project management. During this time, I learned a lot about the common problems businesses face, like missing deadlines, unorganized tasks, poor team accountability, and scattered communication.

I realized that these issues often came down to ineffective systems, unclear job roles, and the lack of detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). So, I decided to learn more and get certified in creating solutions that make businesses run better.

Now, with lots of experience and skills, I help business owners make their companies more efficient, effective, and profitable by systemizing their business to the point that where they can step away from the day-to-day operations and still be confident that their business will continue to perform to their standards.

  • I take my education seriously. I read one book every week and I'm a dedicated student at The Futur.

  • I work best with small to medium-sized businesses in the digital marketing, coaching, and content creation space.

  • My first job is as a Junior Project Manager because the Founder of the company saw my potential with being a leader and my knack for systematizing everything.

  • My Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) actually plays a big role in sharpening my system and management skills by keeping me focused on details, staying organized, and maintaining consistency.

  • I have more than 230+ games in my Steam library.

  • According to my 16 Personalities test results, I am an INFJ, also known as "The Advocate," characterized by deep empathy, creativity, strong intuition, and a passion for helping others while striving for meaningful impact and harmony.

  • I love diving into content that focuses on improving systems, boosting focus, and enhancing productivity. Whether it's books, articles, videos, or podcasts, I'm always looking for tips, strategies, and tools to streamline my work, stay efficient, and level up my performance.
